Red Roof Storage is now under new ownership. Welcome to Solid Rock Storage!


Our office is located at 157 Millwood Lane, Bismarck AR 71929 off highway 84 behind the Valero gas station. Come down the driveway and follow it around to the office, right next to Diamond Lakes Laundry.


Solid Rock Storage received Malvern Daily Record’s Reader’s Choice Award 2021 as the #1 Storage Facility in Hot Spring County.


The owners are Jim and Kim who live in Hot Springs. We also have on-site resident managers, Jeremy and Evie.



1)       If you were set up for autopay through Red Roof, you will need to provide us your information again so we can set you up on our system.
 
Please provide your information by asap using one of the methods below: You will see the charge as "Easy Storage" (the storage software we use).


We offer 4 ways to pay:


·         Online payment at www.solidrockstorage.com You will find your first time Login Instructions under MORE or go direct to this link  https://www.solidrockstorage.com/pages/login-help

·         Call/text 501-625-2201 or email info@solidrockstorage.com we can process payments over the phone

·         Pay in person at 157 Millwood Lane in Bismarck

       Office Hours are: Tuesday through Friday 11:30 AM to 5:30 PM & Saturday 12:30 – 5:30PM

·         Drop your payment in the payment drop box. Receipts will be sent by text/email.


3)     Your rates will remain untouched through all of 2022!

4)      Our resident managers are just ¼ mile away, should you need assistance.

5)      Rent is late on the 6th. If rent is not current by 11:59PM on the 5th of each month, a $10 late fee will be assessed and the unit will be locked out until the balance is zero.

6)      As a current tenant, the terms of the Solid Rock Lease will supersede. You may find a copy of the new lease and insurance options on our website by clicking HERE
