Once you are on the correct site, click the "Make a Payment/Login" button at the top-right (for Desktop) or middle (for Mobile) of the screen. NOTE: Your Username & Password is your first and last name -- all caps, no spaces: Example: if your name were John Smith, you would enter JOHNSMITH for your username and JOHNSMITH for your password.
Once logged in, we highly recommend that you change your Password.
HOW TO MAKE A PAYMENT AND/OR SETUP AUTO-PAY
When you have successfully logged in, you will be taken to your Client page. From your Client page, click on the "Make a Payment" button at the top-right side of the page. From there you can: enter your amount to pay; select a pre-stored payment method; or enter a new payment method.
If you would like to setup auto-pay, click on the "Recurring Billing" link on your client page. From the Recurring Billing page, click the "Add Payment Account" button. From the Add Payment Account page, enter your payment information, check the "Activate Payment Account" checkbox, and click the "Save" button. Once saved, the system will automatically charge your account on the 1st of every month.
HOW TO CHANGE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION AND/OR PASSWORD
When you have successfully logged in, you will be taken to your Client page. From your Client page, click on the "Edit Profile" link. This will take you to your Profile page From your Profile page, you are able to modify your personal information eg: address/phone number, etc. NOTE:PLEASE keep your contact information current as this is required per your lease agreement.
If you wish to change your password, click the "Request Password Change" link (located below your Username), and an email will be sent to you with the instructions on how to change your password.
